Privacy Policy

Effective July 12, 2026

Benecke Law, LLC, doing business as Benecke Injury Law (“the firm,” “we”), operates beneckeinjurylaw.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information submitted through this site is not treated as confidential until a representation is confirmed in writing.

Information You Provide

If you submit the free case review form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and a description of your situation. Do not include sensitive details in a form submission; save those for a direct conversation. If you post a comment on the blog, we collect the name, email address, optional website, and comment text you provide. If you call or text the numbers on this site, your carrier and our telephone provider process that communication under their own policies.

Information Collected Automatically

This site uses Google Analytics (via Google’s Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and interactions such as tapping a phone link or submitting a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers. You can opt out using Google’s browser opt-out tools or by blocking cookies in your browser. Our web server and security software (Wordfence) also log technical data, including IP addresses, to protect the site from attacks and spam.

How Information Is Used

Form submissions are used to evaluate whether the firm can help you, to run a conflict-of-interest check, and to respond to you. Analytics data is used to improve the site and our outreach. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where Information Lives and Who Helps Us Process It

Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and delivered to the firm by email notification. Service providers that process data on our behalf include: Hostinger (website hosting and related services), Google (analytics), Fluent Forms (intake form software), Wordfence (security), and LiteSpeed (site performance). Each operates under its own privacy and security terms.

Retention and Your Choices

Form submissions and comments are retained while relevant to a potential or actual matter, then deleted in the ordinary course. You may request a copy of the personal information this site holds about you, or ask that it be corrected or deleted (subject to legal and ethical retention obligations), by emailing kbeneckelaw@gmail.com or calling (417) 553-4898.

Security and Limits

The site uses HTTPS encryption, hardened security settings, and monitored security software. No website can guarantee absolute security, which is another reason not to submit sensitive details through a web form.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the site’s tools change; the effective date above will be revised when we do. Questions: Benecke Injury Law, 333 West 5th Street, Joplin, Missouri 64801 · (417) 553-4898 · kbeneckelaw@gmail.com.
